I am a Muslim who practices the religion of Islam and I agree that the act of searching for a wife and/or searching for a husband is an act of worship. I further agree that the relationship of marriage itself is a form of worship. I also agree that BaitulNikah.com is providing a religious, video matrimonial service, to help me carry out my act of worship in searching for a marriage partner.
I also agree that BaitulNikah.com is governed by the laws of Quran and Sunna and as a Muslim, I am in complete submission to these laws in regards to marriage and contracts and that Allah (God) (S.W.A.) and his messenger Muhammad (S.A.W.) have the final word in settling any dispute that arises out of this agreement, so all disputes, if any, will be referred back to the laws of Quran and Sunna for resolve.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and at least 18 years old to register for the Service. By using our Video Matrimonial Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are a Muslim woman, by registering to the website and using our Video Matrimonial Service, you represent and warrant that you are not married. If you are a Muslim man practicing Polygyny, by registering to the website, you represent and warrant that you have no more than 3 wives at the time of registering to the website and using the service.
The term “Polygyny” here refers to “plural marriage” according to the religious laws of Islam (the Shariah & Quran and Sunna). It does not refer to a “state legal marriage” that requires a license from any state or country. If you are a Muslim man and practice plural marriage (Polygyny), then you represent and warrant that you are “Married Islamically” and not with a marriage license through any state or country.
By registering to use and using our video matrimonial Service, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a violent sex crime and that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. BAITULNIKAH.COM DOES NOT CURRENTLY CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS ON ITS MEMBERS. However, BaitulNikah.com reserves the right to conduct a criminal background check, at any time, using available public records, to confirm your compliance with this subsection.
